At The Campaign ATL, we provide digital promotional and marketing services. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


No Returns on Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and promotional services, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is made and campaign preparation has begun (including write-ups, scheduling, email placement, or social media scheduling), the service cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.


Campaign Processing

When you purchase a promotional package:

  • You will receive next steps via email at thecampaignatl.promo@gmail.com

  • Your submission must be completed promptly to ensure placement.

  • Artists are typically included in the next scheduled blast within 48 hours (depending on submission timing and completion of required materials).

Failure to submit required materials in a timely manner does not qualify for a refund.


Incorrect Information or Submission Errors

It is the client’s responsibility to provide:

  • Correct song links

  • Accurate artist name

  • Proper branding materials

  • Correct contact information

The Campaign ATL is not responsible for errors submitted by the client.


Service Fulfillment Guarantee

If, for any reason, your purchased promotional service is not delivered as described, please contact us immediately at:

We will review the issue and take appropriate action to fulfill the service properly.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from The Campaign ATL, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have already been delivered or scheduled.
